Fillmatech spol. s.r.o.  is specialized in supplying complete filling lines. These filling lines can be classified into three categories:

economic lines with a capacity of 1000-2500 bottles per hour

(standard configuration: feeding table, filling machine with 2-6 nozzles, linear or single head rotary capping machine, labeling machine, shrink tunnel)

lines with medium capacity 3000-6000 bottles per hour

(standard configuration: feeding table or bottle unscrambler, filling machine with 8-12 nozzles, double-head capping machine, labeling machine, shrink tunnel or machine for packaging into boxes)

high-performance lines with a capacity of 6000 to 10,000 bottles per hour

(standard configuration: unscrambler of bottles or depalletising machine, filling machine, continuous capping machine, labeling machine, shrink tunnel or machine for packaging into boxes, palletizing equipment)

• Project for spatial arrangement of line with regard to spatial possibilities in client´s factory
• Project for supplying line media, product and CIP connection and control
• Full project documentation including FAT, SAT reports, material certificates, risk analysis, validation etc.
• Installation and commissioning of lines including complex tests and operator training
• Warranty and post-warranty service, preventive maintenance inspections, spare parts supply
