Linear filling machines with rotary gear pumps (Z) are primarily designed for filling oils, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, especially ointments and creams.

Linear filling machine with Lobe pumps (L) are designed for filling food products. Machines equipped with Lobe pumps are very well cleaneable with CIP system and therefore they can be used in hygiene demanding operations, such as production of mayonnaise and ketchup, fruit concentrates without the use of preservatives, in the dairy industry etc.

Performance of machines with rotary pumps is in single row machines from 1000 to 5000 bottles per hour and two-row machines to 10,000 bottles per hour.

Machines with Lobe pumps XL series are suitable for filling large volumes (20 and 30 liter jerry cans).
